| I stronly believe that all kids will face a war with themselves at one point, and I know that there are a lot of songs about that these days. Many artists want kids to feel that they aren't alone with their problems, like someone else has gone through the same thing. I used to feel comfort in knowing that someone else has been through what I had, cos I felt like an outcast from everyone else who had not gone through the same... A lot of teens will go through times where they want to die, or they feel distraught, whatever, and a lot of the time they turn to music to comfort them. Even though this isn't really about this song, I just wanted to point it out. I think this is a really good example of what I was talking about though, and a good song. Ciao. | |

"Now I'm digging to the bone All the painting Scratching at flesh, drives me mad To be alive and free " it's the strongest refenrence to getting rid of the shallowness, lies, etc and to go to the essential. "And the ghosts I keep inside myself How do they see me? " the ghosts could be your just insecurities or the feeling that other people judge you. excuse me for my english. long time, no practice. | |
