| I believe this song is a description of death. If you look he mentions 2 soldiers, not just 1. Ones obviously from the south, the other is from a third world country. This song is about what deaths job is in a war, most likely that occuring in Iraq. And yes Virginia is considered the south. | |

| I dont know, but I cant stand all that southern pride bullshit. You're from the south get over it. But I think you're on a lead with your meaning. Sounds right to me. | |

| I think this song is about war in general. But of course Randy Blythe (and just about everyone else in the world) HATES George W. Bush. I know he's not the best president we've ever had (nor the smartest :P) but geez, it seems like everyone's against that dude. Oh well whatever, Lamb of God is awesome. One of the best bands out there today. | |

| Bush is trying to get rid of these Devil's in God's Country. swift and terrible vengeance=jihad suicide attacks bone to pick, nerve to pluck, skin to get under=the terrorist point of view, to create fear to push their radical agenda mine are loaded=while our soldiers fear death, they embrace it, and welcome it CHARON=ARIEL CHARON aka ISRAEL PM Gettin served by some Southern hospitality aka Texan aka Bush, weeding out the extremists. | |

| Hmm, actually now looking at it again and comparing the lyrics to the title it may be talking about a terrorist. Tymothy Mcvay could be the down south soldier he's talking about. Third world is obvious (Osama perhaps?) The rest is about death. | |
