| "Shar and I had this killer fight, and she totally wasn't speaking to me," Costanzo explained. "I didn't know what to say to her to fix things, and I was completely bummed, so I just went home and wrote that song. It's about me trying to tell her how much I need her around — she's my sunshine," he said.http://www.chartattack.com/damn/1999/19990924.html | |

| I agree with sakebox. And I also thought the song hits at sex. Or at least that was my original take on the song. I mean, yes, it's possibe the song is about drug use. But then again, there are a lot of songs you can look they can be drug songs. | |

| I think the drug theory might be right, except I think they might have just been smoking crack when they "wrote" it. I suspect this is just the way one talks after a 2 week crack bender and/or if one is from Canada. | |

| Um, did anyone ever think that maybe this song is about being unhappy because of someone else? 'Cause if you listen really really closely in the beginning of the song, you'll hear them saying things like "I wonder why him/her is so down." Some songs don't have double meanings, but hell, let's be like everyone else and think that every song is about sex and drugs, shall we? | |

| I think it has to do with everything mentioned so far. I think it has to do with drugs (I'm guessing shrooms), coming down from a heavy trip, having done something that you wouldn't usually do when you're under the influence, and maybe jeopardizing a friendship. But this is one of those songs that could be interpreted so many different ways, and until someone gives me a description of it by the artists themselves, it's whatever you want it to be. | |
