Lyrics
_____________________________________________________________________________

So let's hit the streets tonight....I'll show you where I lost my job, and where
I got chased by the cops

We'll jump the fence right off of thirteenth and ten..to see where we played our
first show......

I told you so........

I told you...everybody loses sight of...everybody loses sight of, everybody loses
sight of all the how its ever been and ever was

So let's hit the streets tonight..and i'll show you where I drank on the job,
and hung out in that parking lot...left at the light, there's box fifteenth on
the right, and that's the place that we call home.

I told you so...

I told you, everybody loses sight of..everybody loses sight, everybody loses
sight of all the how its been and ever was...thta place you'll never get a chance
to know....and all the people bring you years you could've known..

It makes me wonder what your seeing, it's almost how....it's almost how.
*****************************************************************************

That's all i know so far. I'm still trying to figure out the chorus and stuff but,
so far this is right...i think. Please E-mail me if there are any problems........enjoy!

Awww... sentimentality... Less Than Jake seem to sing a lot of songs about walking don't they? There's this and One Last Cigarette and Look What Happened... no realy point in my mentioning this, I just like going for walks around the town where I live and I like Less Than Jake.

Less than jake is medicine for people who hate thier town, hate their friends, and hate the shitty situations they find themselves in (repeatedly) and i dont know anyone who cant identify with the lyrics and the memories of that place you got chased by the cops and where you drank on the job

you walk around the place you live and realize what a shit hole it is, but you realize you'll never leave, and if you do, you know you'll be back in a few years anyways

This song is basically about how you can spend years hating the place you live in and that you want to get away, but in the end when you take a look around and everything you've seen, all the memories of days and nights passed makes this place home, and you hate to admit it but your attached to it in a way.
