the sad thing is this song reminds me of a 12 year old shes just a kid but shes grown up too fast she acted older and now shes caught up in a world she doesn't understand shes faking happy poor kid

Fairly easy to understand what this song means. A girl who is out of control and quite probably depressed "Faking laughs and faking smiles With her fake friends". She has no direction and wastes her time getting drunk and stoned with people who use her. Probably easy for some people out there to relate to.

it is generic but I can relate to the message of partying and drugs leading to a break down. reality is for those that cant handle drugs

i cand def relate to what mjstokes said about the drinking and smoking weed and people using u. it starts out as just good fun, but it can wear u out to the point where the only friends u have are just there for the party.
