Less Than Jake Rest Of My Life Guitar Tab

Less Thank Jake - Rest of My Life
Album: In with the Out Crowd
Tuning: Down one half step
Eb-Ab-Gb-Db-Ab-eb
I tabbed this because something wasn't quite right about the other tabs
for it. So I took the two tabs listed and tweaked them. The biggest change
was the change tuning. By lowering the tuning it allowed the same chords to
be played open making them have a little different sound which I think is more
like the record.

this isn't typical less than jake, but it is 100% less than jake. i love this band, and this just shows that they make amazing slow songs...this new album is going to be amazing, just as i'd expect from this band... because, i know that every single one of us, though we may not be feeling it now, has felt like this at some point.

wow. amazing song. way off the mark from typical less than jake, but all in all one of the best songs they ever made. and, being one of those who was with blink 182 from the beginning, i can definetly see how mark would have written this about tom. the music videos points out how immature and ridiculous the things adults do in life, and how we are all children in our own respects.

I think that the music video is about how adults, when put under the pressures of adult situations, often fight like children. In other words, their fighting is immature. However, when they forgive one another, they are being mature. This seems to go along with the quote. Basically, the idea is that the difference between children fighting and adults fighting is that adults forgive. Notice how the couple starts fighting at the end of the song, and in the last scene they are both children again. Neat stuff, though I think I interpreted it differently than you guys.

This song and it's lyrics have inspired a story I'm currently writing, entitiled "The Rest of our lives." Just about typical teenage life and having to grow up, loosing your immaturity. To me, this song explains how difficult something can be to say if it's not said straight away, and how not saying it can hurt so much...

Love this song. Could be about how we can make some irrepareable mistakes when we are young and how at the time you dont realize how bad it is but then as you get older you start noticing the consequences.
