| oooh the days of the libertines - ashame the moment's over and Pete's constantly hounded, which in my opinion only makes him more ill :\ It seems most of this album is about them fallin apart and away from each other - possibly the most saddening album in my collection... Stay cool | |

| Well then something has DIED then, hasn't it? The song played on the bugle is for someone DEAD, as the kinship & closeness & comraderie & special feelings these guys once had for each other is now dead. So RiotKid, you did nail it w/that comment. This song is all about Pete screwing up bigtime & regretting it because that special relationship is ruined. That would certainly hurt. | |
