| Hey everyone- I know for a FACT that many of lifehouse's songs are worship songs to God. Many people think they are about a girl or a love song, and I can see how you'd think that, but it's not the case. Lifehouse USED to be a band called "blissed" and they played the worship music at my friend's church in southern California. They do not call themselves a christian band for several reasons. One is that not all of the guys in the band are Christians. I think only two of them are. Secondly, when a band is like hey hey hey we're christians, that in turn, pisses off people who are not christians because you immediately assume that they are going to get preachy on you and tell you what to do etc. Christianity is NOT something to be pushed on people, cos it's gotta be you're own choice. So basically, the guys that write this music are writing about something very very important to them (their relationship with God). They are simply sharing with you the joy they have with that through their music. Take a look at the lyrics to the song "Everything" and that should help clear things up. peace out. | |

| Lifehouse is an amazing band.People may not see this band as a christain band. I think this song is about God.It seems that the it talks about no matter how hard life gets God is always there. "I've got nothing else to lose I lost it all when I found you" When your saved life finally has meaning and that is to serve the one and only true God.When you are saved nothing in life matters as is you've lost it because God will take care of it for you. This song is a great song. God bless | |

| it isn't, if you go look for lifehouse song meanings on google, you'd find a songmeanings list by jason wade, he said all that, it's about life, thus the name lifehouse. | It seems to me that in this song he's not wanting to ask this girl out, or something. I think he already has the girl. But, since he's been with her, things have been really hard. And he's saying that even though things are hard, he wouldn't change anything that they've gone through together, because with her, his life had found meaning. I think this is a great song that can be taken many different ways, that's just the way I see it. | |
