| it all went down hill after 1976. the disco era shuffled in a whole phalanx of no talent hacks. then came MTV, which had it's finest hour in the Eighties, but now is just a machine that churns out one-hit wonders and makes celebrities out of bands like Limp Bizkit. realistically, there hasn't been true talent in pop music since the end of the 1960's. | |

| wait wait wait, i agree with the first part of that statement, but then you use limp bizkit to make nsync and britney spears look good, and that shit just don't fly. they don't make anything, they sell an image, and look pretty for the camera. they don't write their songs, they lip sync at concerts, and they have no artistic talent whatsoever. limp bizkit writes horrible, horrible songs (shudder), but man, if i absolutely have to give them credit for anything at all (again...shudder), at least they make an ATTEMPT to make music. god i can't believe i'm doing this. i have to take a bath. | |
