	i agree with the thing about parents - this seems like the relationship i and many of my friends have with our parents. they want so much from us, they want to protect us, but they can't. instead they smother us both with their protection and their expectations, so eventually we can't feel anything for them any more. and as for singing about stuff that is important - for some people girls and parties are important, the focus of their life. and i guess they'll post mainly on the songs that are about that. and for other people concerns about depression etc are the focus of their life, so they mainly post here. no one can say what is important in life, i think i'd prefer to be concerned with girls and parties than depression, but sadly that isn't a choice i have been able to make.

	I think this song like some of you said is about doing what other people want you to do so they'll be happy. Nothing you do is never good anough and your tired of being what they want you to be like. It's just about not being yourself to please someone so much that you've lost who you really are and just feel numb. Reminds me of parents wanting to live through their children as well wanting a beter life for them than theirs. "You were just like me With someone disappointed in you "

	Reminds me of how everyone is always telling me what to do, when they already know I can't meet their expectations. Makes me feel like a complete failure.

	loco x3 ur stupid.... anyhow this band isn't the greatest but i'll admit this is one of thier best songs! It opened up my eyes i don't have to be who my mother and father push me to be. I CAN be an actress. At one point in my life i did become numb and i did exacly what they wanted me to do.I messed my image of myself i was so fucked up i had an eating disorder and i had no idea, i lost myself. This song came on when my mom was bitching at me in the car and i just put it on full blast and started crying. I couldn't take it anymore. Adnb i'm really glad i heard it!!!
