| Mooosey: Go get out your Hybrid Theory and Meteora albums and listen to them. You obviously love those CDs, so listen to them. A lot of bands make albums that stray from the norm, but that doesnt mean that you cant still enjoys all of their work they have done before too. Take the Smashing Pumpkins for example. They went through the exact same thing after Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadenss, after that album they made a much different sounding Adore album, and an attempted recovery album in Machina the Machines of God. I loved it all, but others did not. Now they are back and ready to release another CD. Should they endlessly critique themselves as to try to please everyone? Or should they make music that they enjoy? This applies to Linkin Park too, if they stop making music they enjoy and just conform to their own self imposed style or sound, then they wont be around very long because it will show in their music that they dont enjoy themselves anymore. If you ask me, they seem to have had the most fun making this album of any that they have done. I am looking forward to the Reanimation 2 album. Should be great stuff. | |

| I don't care about anyone who thinks this song sucks, because this song has so much meaning. LP has written many songs and I basicallly like them all but this one i've listen to like 500 times. This song is probably the best one on the CD. I love the piano solo(i can play it too) Then at the end the dramatice effects are FREAKIN!!! AMAZING! Who ever thinks this song is emo is Retarted. | |

| Awwww this song is so sad. Is it about a girlfriend or boyfriend dying? From the looks of it, by a fire. I love this song. It's great. | |

| It's a really beautiful song. I adore Minutes To Midnight, and I'm getting the CD when it comes out for sure. It's obvious it's about losing someone dear, a lover. Literally taken, it seems that someone has died and he is standing at the funeral (the grown below grew colder, as they put you down inside), though I guess it could be taken metaphorically as well. Brilliant nonetheless. I love how it builds up to the chorus. It really amazed me. The piano part and the chorus are my fav parts. :) Go, LP! :) | |

| I agree frenzy, they have too many slow tracks on the cd, but still, its a nice change. I was really expecting more Rock sounding, but Inspiration is good in lyrics too. I also agree with you, Adrenalinne, for the meaning. Sounds right | |

| This song is just perfect. It sums up everything about being alone, and having lost someone. Reminds me of having lost someone, but not to any form of death. They're still there, i know, but I've lost them as a friend. phins4gish: I'm sorry for your loss. You're damn right about LP though. They do what they want, because it's what they want. They don't do what someone else wants. And FYI i think i read in Kerrang Magazine that the normal is that chester and mike start writing the songs together, but this was something mike started alone. Odd, i know, but still, it's perfect. | |

| y are there so many emo songs on the cd? what happened to the screaming/rapping/ heave guitar riffs/ and stuff? idk, i mean i love linkin park, but i was really really disappointed in this cd..dont get me wrong the lyrics and songs are awesome, but its just not linkin park. i was use to them having like 2 or 3 slow tracks but not most of them.. *sigh* well at least i still own hybrid theory and meotora to listen back to me.. such a disappoint.. | |
