| Personally, Helena....i dont think you could be any more wrong, i in no way see a couple thing here and by change he isnt saying "leave this lady change" plain and simple....change in this song does mean we can all use some extra pocket change, but it also is a metaphor for actual change, a change in where were going with our lives, or a change with our current situation, and everyone deserves and/or needs some change even people like bill gates sitting atop his vast mountain of computer product monopoly | |

| Well obviously this is like a guy out with his girlfriend and she doesn't want to leave a tip. But the guy is like, "Come on, just give her some money." Basically he's saying we all should all look out for eachother. But I note tension between the couple too. That's why the guy says "some fucking change!" in a pissed off way. And he said everbody's good enough for some change, maybe looking at the girlfriend and thinking, "even YOU are good enough for some change", although he's probably not sure why really. I know I could be way off, but that's just what I think of when I hear it. ps...I LOVE LIVE!!!!!!!!!!! | |

| People treat waitresses like shit. My pet peeve is when the food is cooked poorly (by the cook), and they take out their anger on the waitress (not leaving some change for her). Everybody's good enough for some change. Some change from the way people treat them. Also, the waitress was a bitch... and he thought maybe she feels sick from the flu. Maybe she's sick from AIDS. Now I feel like crying..... great song :) | |

| Has anybody ever thought that the word "change" might not necessarily mean money? It might mean that everyone, no matter how bad a person they seem to be, has always got some good in them and they can turn themselves around... Whether the voice in the song means his girl, because she doesn't give a tip, or the waitress, because she's tired of her job. | |
