Yeah, and about the Clash, they were one of the band's major influences. I thought that the Clash's influence was more apparent in the Roll On album, as it's more musically diverse. But it's a great anthem for people, especially teenagers, who feel that they are a prisoner of society and want to let loose.

the reason that u think of green day is because when they were starting out they sent a demo and a t-shirt to green day hoping that they would be the supporting act for green days australian national tour. and they got the gig! living end rock!
