This song is played in DROPPED D, thats about it. have fun
this is a great, great song...

intro/verse:
e|-----------------------| e|-------------------|
B|-----------------------| B|-------------------|
G|--7--7-----------------| play 7x G|---------feedback--| play once
D|--7--7--0-0-023-5-3--| then.. D|--0-0-2------------|
A|--0--5--0-0-023-5-3--| A|--0-0-2------------|
D|--0--0--0-0-023-5-3--| D|--0-0-2------------|

then play the verse again 7x
after the 7x, play this little fill..
e|-------------|
B|-------------|
G|--------5-7--| play once
D|--0-0-2-3-5--|
A|--0-0-2------|
D|--0-0-2------|

then play the verse again 7x

when you play the chorus, the D chord on the album sounds like what is
tabbed out below, but Scott plays the D chord live like this: {0-5-7-7-x-x}.
try them both out to see which is right.
chorus:
e|--------------------------------------------------------------|
B|--------------------------------------------------------------|
G|--------------------------------------------------------------|
D|--0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0--3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3--5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-------|
A|--0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0--3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3--5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-------|
D|--0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0--3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3--5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-------|

e|---------------------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------------------|
D|--8--8--8--8--8--10-10-10-10-10--------------------|
A|--8--8--8--8--8--10-10-10-10-10--------------------|
D|--8--8--8--8--8--10-10-10-10-10--------------------|

then when it goes: "and maybe i'd be something you could stand"
e|----------------2----------------------------------|
B|----------------3----------------------------------|
G|----------------2----------------------------------|
D|--5--------3-3--0----------------------------------|
A|--5--------3-3--0----------------------------------|
D|--5--------3-3--0----------------------------------|

when you're done with this part, start all over again and play everything
the same way. When you come to the Bridge, all it is, is:
e|---------2--|
B|---------3--|
G|---------2--| repeat a few times,
D|--3-3-3--0--| Scott varies it too at some point (only with a few extra
A|--3-3-3--0--| {3-3-3-x-x-x} chords).
D|--3-3-3--0--|

thats pretty much it,
its a good song

Amazing lyrics about feeling like nothing despite trying to be something.
