| This is one of LBC's best... easily. I think it's just about a breakup where you don't give a shit. There was obviously a lot of fighting since 'My clothes are in the front yard' and 'you're threats won't hurt.' The singer really just is so fed up with the whole situation that he laughs about it... 'I gotta laugh/Thanks for the new selection/I got your dad's john tesh.' When I saw LBC in concert they introduced this song by saying "This song is about getting drunk and playing video games." I believe that's all they really meant by it. Sometimes life just gets to be too miserable so you just need to get wasted and play some old school Atari because you just don't care. | |
