Lynyrd Skynyrd
"Double Trouble"
GIMME BACK MY BULLETS
Tabbed by Dave
Play these licks with bass and midrange set to 0. Gives it a chicken pickin' style. Also
palm
mute as many notes as possible.
NOTE: This is NOT how it's played on the recording, but this is my own tuned up version.
It
sounds pretty close to the real thing. Except that in this tab LICK 2 and LICK 3 are more
complex than in the actual song. This was all done by ear, ENJOY! =)

| This song was originated when Ronnie and Gary were thrown in jail for fighting, I believe. As they were sitting there, waiting to be bailed out, they started talking about how many times they have been in jail. Ronnie said that it was his 11th time, and Gary said, "Man, you're just Double Trouble".... they both decided it sounded like a great title. | |

| Can't believe that no one has commented on this yet. This is one of Skynyrds best songs. Im not sure, but i think it could be a tribute to Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble, one of my favirote bands ever. | |
