	I love the way that some of the words echo repeatedly until you think you can just hear them but it might be the rythm of the music. Amazing. I think its definetly something to do with fighting, but destroying something to build it up into something different. "Smash and Redefine"

	this is another example of machineheads ability to write the most effin empowering lyrics i agree with foffof when "you want more youll get it" is the sung with such assertion its just a big eff you to everything that tells you that you cant cant succeed
