| He was abused as a child and now sings about it, the man carved "Metal" in his chest with a knife, hes screwed up. If he wants to sing about it thats his choice, you shouldn't criticize something thats so meaningful. | |

| this song is really cool. My favorit from The Burning red album (a crappy album actually). This song has cool lyrics good cool music, and the fact that he really was "abused" just makes it cooler... | |

| I think the lyrics are fairly straight forward on this one. This song sends chills down my spine when he yells five at the end and it sounds like Rob is crying. Can't really blame him. | |

| So fucking sad and awful =( God, people like that shouldn't be allowed to exist. But, if this isn't prodding or anything, who was Rob's abuser? | |

| Rob was abused as a child. That is obvious if you listen to his lyrics, as the red jester said... Hunger for more, compare the burning red to a britney spears album, and tell me again... what's crap? TBR may be extremely different to TMTC and BME, but it doesnt make it crap, they have just taken a different, more lighter, melodic approach, lol. | |

| I don't think the song is about rob himself but someone he knows, days turn blue to grey is about someone he knows, he said it in an interview. and I guess that predic is right. about the album The Burning Red, I don't say it's crap but not their best album. | |
