Funny Enough The Video I Made On Youtube Is Not 100% Right, (also missing solo) was just

	When I first heard that they were comparing The Blackening to Master of Puppets, I said what the fuck I gotta see for myself. Yesterday, this song came on one of my satellite radio channels and holy shit. I was blown away by it. It's like I can just fall away, fall into the damn song. I plan to get this CD now, after I get TTAOE.

	Musically, this song is amazing and easily one of the band's best. Lyrically, it doesn't do much for me on a personal level. Without getting into a debate on the specific issues Robb brings up, I'll just say that while it's undeniable that Christian values play a large role in our society (which is sometimes a good thing, and sometimes a bad thing), the idea and usage of the phrase "Christian conspiracy" is a little much for me.

	Rob Flynn says: "This is basically an anti-religion song, about the stuff that's been going on in America like them trying to make abortions illegal again. It's a halo over our demise". This is about how America, though supposedly a country of freedom, is still under the strangelhold of Christianity, as evidenced with the recent abortion debates. This song reflects exactly how I feel about religion and America - that society is still under it's grasp, no matter how progressive we claim to be. It's a sad, epic call for freedom from the chains of Christianity. I'm glad Rob's prepared to write such controversial lyrics. .

	i can't believe no one has commented this song yet! this song is great. fell in love very first time. anyway i think this song is bringing hate towards the christian religon....or any religon for that matter. just a guess though

	I think this is machine heads take on something from slayers god hates us all. Taking an anti Christian stance has always been popular in metal (except Dave Mustaine)
