Yes, "Borderline" is a personality disorder. It's related to depression and desadaptation among other things. I don't know if it refers to it here, but it perfectly could be.

I don't think it's about an orgasm. Seems more like an "about-to-break-up" song. The woman's given all she can, but apparently it's not good enough for the man, who continues to push her around/expect too much of her.

*inadaptation ... :p oh... and an important aspect of Borderline, one that makes you think it could be written about it here, is that you always take things to the limit and waver between opposites constantly: love and apathy towards someone, in this case.
