Interesting note: "the valley of the dolls is the valley of the dead" The Valley of the Dolls was a film in which Sharon Tate, one of Charles Manson's victims, played a lead role. I find that this information makes this line even more puzzling.

its funny out of 100 views i bet i am 15 but enyways i dont know much about marilyn manson or what the fuck he is tryinbg to say in this or the majority of his songs but what he says is exactly what i felt when i started getting into the raver scene, i felt like i wanted to be in it and that i was out of place and then the music kinda drifted me away and when i noticed i was part of their mindless world but the funny thing is it didnt matter to me because it felt way way too good, and as fot the "hit" im guessing he could mean "E" and how you dont really know how good you can really feel untill you roll. well thats only my take on it he could be talking about killing people so i dont know this just fit my opinion and i hope you agree

this song is about how people try to be different and out there, but they are just the same. it's about people trying to find their niche. they get caught up in it and taken advantage of (the valley of the "DOLLS").

I think this song is about crating Marilyn Manson And now he can’t tell him self from the art. People don’t seam to get or care about the real meaning so it feels It’s is image that people like and not his message. If he looked like Justin Timberlake would people still Be his fans. If the package was changes would they still want the Message. It’s also how you have to give up things you like to fit in to his crowd Or maybe how he had to give up things to fit his ask. The light harted music of disco How to go because it doesn’t go with the image The package. The monkey with the misspelled name Is just the conformist calling them self and individualist The choirs is the transformation Of being a child and a true individual to just another person Doing what they do to fit in

p.s. Disco is largely considered a "what were we thinking?" phase in the music industry. it was basically just a method of getting people onto dance floors without having to hire a live band. Manson seems to be implying he knows the "person"'s guilty pleasure in this metaphor, probably relevant to my earlier interpretation.
