| Oh yeah I forgot to say that they are called Satanists becuase of their rejection of God, or rejection of the way the world currently is. Most Satanists want a better world (not just destruction which the name Satan implies), which alot of people dont get. I think Marilyn Manson is mis-interpreted the same way. | |

| I am not sure if this has already been mentioned here, but this song, "The Reflecting God" was the one that influenced Kip Kinkler(sp), to set up bombs all over his house.. kill his parents, then go to his school and shootup some fellow students and teachers. I am sure Manson did not intend to have one of his songs interpreted in such a way, though. | |

| For those saying satanism is hypocritical because to believe in Satan you have to believe in God is missing the point. Satanists don't believe in either Satan or God (since to believe in one you believe the other). You are your own God. And just like any other religion there are countless variations of Satanism. And yes this song rocks! | |

| People really misunderstand this a lot, Manson DOES NOT worship the devil. I really don't know about satanism but I'm sure theres some steps in it, for example there are many sides to a religion (so probably same w/ satanism) MM's a smart guy, believe me, he doesn't worship the devil. | |
