| ok heres the deal...go to www.thecomatorium.com...much is explained there...the story in de-loused goes as such...Cerpin Taxt goes into a coma and the various songs chronicle the wild adventurous dreams and visions he has in the coma...eventually he comes out of the coma and decides to kill himself...he kills himself in Televators by jumping off an overpass or building or bridge or something...take the veil then relates his ascension into the afterlife | |

| the entire album, start to finish, is about julio venegas. an artist and close friend who committed suicide right before at the drive-in came out with thier first record. th ATDI song embroligo is about him as well. the entire mars volta record is about is constant drug use, halucination, and dreppression. as the album goes on he drowns deeper and deeper into addiction and maddness until he finally kills himeself in the last two songs. | |
