| I agree with eternallygrunge, it seems more of a break-up or anti-love song esp. the ending | |

| explain what beutifully written means. there is a difference between a good song and a song that sounds good. people shouldnt listen to music just because the tune is pleasing to them. but thats kind of silly that i came to this site and looked up a song that i dont like. i have to admit though, when i first listened to this song before, it was stuck in my head all of the time. but i dont like it anymore- so i guess if you have a real passion for sex (you sex addict, jk) this could be a real meaningful song to you. but i think this song is stupid | |

| Yeah - They/Shawn said that "It's about falling in love with a punk chick". I can see where's you're getting the "break-up" thing, though - the line "It's over" would suggest this, plus "though I know we'll leave here lonely, 'cause in the end, it's meant to be that way anyway." seems more about the fact that he knows it won't last. | |

| even though i dont think this is a love song at all it seems more about him breaking up with a girl because he thinks its going to happen anyways its more of an anti-love song. saying no point in trying your meant to be lonely | |

| I cant believe none of you know what this song is about. It's so obvious that its about sex, when he says stuff like, "zine between her bohemian jeans, half sober" and "shes a dog in heat" and "she has a damn nice butt". I also love the matches, but this song is stupid. if u have something else to say, please just leave a comment on this page. | |

| I agree with blink182addict/xxomfg_its_erinxx the most. But there's no proof that it's really about a long distance relationship. and its more then any kind of love related song. You people think about the words way too much. this is a very well written song. It has a great melody and energy. and it holds a lot in its meaning. | |

| Okay you're all wrong! This is blink182addict again (I forgot my passoword.)...Anyway this song is about how he was in a long distance relationship with a girl (If you ever go down to Huntington). But he's getting bored of her because of the distance, though she doesn't feel the same way (She's got ADD, but isn't bored with me.). He tells her it's over but she tries to make him stay. When he says he just wants her to hold him but knows they'll leave there lonely he means where ever they're at they're gonna leave alone because they have to go seperate ways. He still thinks Eryn is an awesome girl but it's meant to be a "just friend" type thing because of the distance and he'll never forget her.So yes, it's a break up song but it's not an anti-love song. | |
