| This song sends shivers down my spine when he sings 'GOD DAMN IT'S DEAFENING' and I love the 'There's holes up in the sky' it just makes you think it's the end of the world or something. And then it seems to comment on our corrupted societal behaviour. There's the phone sex at the end of the song, the lyric 'and now christmas is for shopping, and the shopping god is everything' and 'power's just another one of those things baby, it's pointless if you ain't gonna use it'. Just killer song, man. | |
