* - these strings/fingers stay where they are the entire song
(except where Dave says, "Crash Into Me"); the middle finger
and pointer finger will be the ones to move during the song.
The middle finger will only be on the fourth fret of the=20
strings, and the pointer finger will only be on the second
fret of the strings.  It is fairly simple to figure out.
