	maniac just plain sucks, little whining sissy. i wish dead did the de mysteriis album. although i thought this song had a deeper meaning than the "walking corpse" one provided.

	Dead does the vocals on Live in Leipzig, not Maniac.

	Dead produced Mayhem's best vocals and lyrical concepts so far; unfortunately he wasn't as competent at the actual songwriting. The lyrics are mostly good, but they could have been so much better had they been put into words by a better writer.

	Thats quite possible, though Mayhem hasn't often been one for deep, meaningful lyrics. Maniac's lyrics on the Deathcrush EP are OK, his newer lyrics aren't that great. Attilas lyrics, however, are just horrible. The bastard completely ruined the album. Dead is, in my opinion, one of the best BM vocalists.

	I think it's about a vampire.Okay,so that's a walking corpse too, but when you said that I thought you were refering to zombie,ad a zombie could neer be this articulae in anything :) Really though, alot of Dead's them deal with mythical creatures like werewolves and zombies as much a they do witchcaft and satanism

	My bad, I was confusing Live In Leipzig with Live in Marseille, and Maniac with Dead...Mayhem is a confusing band :\ Dead was definetly the best writer of them all. Grand Decleration of War completely sucked, but I thought Chimera was ok.
