| i love Paul McCartney I loved all the Beatles equally, but as a post-beatle, i think maybe he is my favourite, although John Lennon's stuff was beautiful to say the least, sometimes i just want something to bounce around to which is meaningful at the same time. That's not to say I don't love Ringo and George's later stuff...but you know...maybe it's also cos I kind of fancy beatlepaul. anyway, paul mccartney's brilliant, john lennon's brilliant, george harrison is brilliant, ringo starr is brilliant. and i will shoot anyone who disagrees. | |

| god; my dad is the biggest Beatle fan I know; and everytime I hear this I think of him. Personally I think its a great song; no one should criticize McCartney; hes one of the best. Cause obviously theres only 4 of the best out there ahaha. get it? Beatles? ah whatever. Anyway; how many musicians can say "yeah I play the mandolin." other than my dad and Paul here. Its not a really hard instrument; but its harder than the guitar or anything; so i really respect Paul for making a song with it. | |

| Well fuck my arse! - I've never heard anything as overly stupid as this simplistic hunk of dirge! The lines essentially go: Everybody's gonna 'something-something' I HATE YOU FOR INFLICTING THIS ON MY INNOCENT EARS! I saw this on an ipod advert and was physically sick afterwards (No exaggeration) - He deffinatley has enough money now to pay the next ethiopian prodigal song writing camel to come up with better 'lyrical ditties' than this, so why come out with this shit excuse all by himself - FUCK OFF | |

| personally, Paul is my least favorite Beatle, and i couldn't stand his songs, but if the rest of the new album sounds like this, i will buy it. This song is great. I heard another song off the new album, and I was like "I've never heard this before, this sounds like George." I think, I'm going to buy this album. | |

| People who criticize Paul McCartney must have a lot of free time on their hands. Hey People: Macca isn't God. He can't produce a Baby I'm Amazed, an Uncle Albert, a Band on the Run, a Take It Away,a Put It There, or a Freedom EVERY time he writes!! How many artists have written even five truly great songs? How many 60's icons are even relevant anymore? The man is one of a kind. Yeah he has slipped into mediocrity sometimes, but who hasn't? How many musicians wish that they had written and performed Dance Tonight? Paul McCartney sneezes and produces more excellent music than most people even dream of. | |

| I don't mean to be a douche, but seriously... Paul McCartney is supposed to be one of the greatest musicians around, and he wrote this down and thought it would make a good song? It sounds like he made them up on the spot. Just really, really uninspired and phoned in lyrics. | |

| To me, this seems to be a song about anarchy. Usually everyone 'dancing' is an allusion to riots. I think the whistling the secret call to attack. And 'you can do anything you wanna do' is also an allusion to anarchy. Paul is a tricky fellow... | |

| I for one love it. It's great at what it was meant to be; a light, fun pop rock song. I love intellectual thought in songs just as much as the next guy, but that doesn't mean I hate songs just because the lyrics are subpar. This song makes me feel good, and I don't see why others don't feel good listening to it as well. | |
