| I actually don't think this is about the antichrist but the second coming. The last verse gives it away: "The earth starts to rumble, world powers fall" this is an image of the apocalypse; "A'warring for the heavens, A peaceful man stands tall" - the peaceful man is Jesus. This is just my interpretation of the lyrics, I'm not putting any religous bias into my interpretation as I am actually an atheist and don't believe that Jesus is a god and will one day return. | |

| Don't see why this has to be about the antichrist, just about what power does to you, how with control you always get corruption. Also goes on about how ineffective our democracy is thesedays, and if we did end up in such a situation we'd have no power to stop it and be swept along by it- "we dance like marrionettes (puppets, in other words), swaying to the symphony" | |
