Sweet Amber
Album St. Anger
Tabbed By Jordan
Key: B= Bend twice
b= Bend once
I did this on a bass but it should sound the same on a guitar. It may sound better if you use
a wah pedal but it sounds good to me the way it is. METALLICA FOREVER.

| This is a song about james time in rehab,and his past experiences."Amber" is a street name for heroin and when he says "never as sweet as it seems" he is talking of how it quickly goes wrong as addiction kicks in and you are left wishing you had never started. | |

| I think amber is more than likely a reference to liqor. The fact that it is "sweet" amber makes me think that its maybe refering to Southern Comfort or someting like it. | |

| New development. Metallica will re-introduce solos on their next album due out in the 2nd half of 2006. Here's a possible name for it: Return/Revenge of the Solo | |
