Well, whenever I listen to it, it reminds me how I shouldn't like bad people. It reminds me that you should always like a good person with good qualities even though that person might be ugly, it's better to like that then like a person that is bad and does bad things and is very attractive. Do I make sense to all you people out there?

i take a different approach to it. when i first heard this song, my ex-boyfriend immidiatley popped into my head. he is a druggie who really has no idea what he wants. i stayed with him to try to help him out of his depression. i really thought i could "take him away from [there]" but it wasn't that easy. no matter how much i loved him, he had to try to better his life for himself. this song made me realize that all i could do was be there for him when he wanted help. he needed to decide for himself. at the present time he's still enveloped in his drugs and our break up was pretty terrible. we don't even talk anymore and what hurt me the most was that all i wanted was to be there for him. but hopefully one day he'll realize what he's doing to himself and maybe even the grief he made me go through.

I think this song is about a guy who, on the outside has everything, but feels an incredible lonliness on the inside. To someone looking in from the outside, he appears to lead a full life. I think that he has never experienced love. She comes along and sees this perfect world he's created around him and decides she wants that too. However, she realizes how lonely it is, as he is always "gone" (which I interpret as going into himself) and reaches out for him. It finally hits him that she really does care and he holds on to her. He may even share where it is he goes!

She gets ignored by the person she loves. All she wants is for that person to pay attention to her, and be loved by him........There is someone she likes, and she's not sure if he likes her. He doesn't notice her all the time. Before i started going out w/ my boyfriend, it seemed like he couldn't see me and i wanted him to see me. He finally did

I think it means that she loves someone, and he loves her..but he doesn't always pay attention, and give her what she needs. But she cares for him so much, that she doesn't want to give up

most of you are wrong.....this song is about a girl who likes this guy and he is "in love" with someone else but the girl knows he's not happy with her.....the girl also knows she can be "all he wanted" hence the name

I'm not really about all this girly music type stuff. But I really felt this song. The lyrics are straight forward and there isn't any sort of hidden meaning behind it. I like it, a lot. Infact it hasn't left my WinAmp playlist since I downloaded it.
