Millencolin
Lights out
For monkeys 1997
this song is cool but theres no tab so i thought id put one
im just gonna do the chords coz its easier
if you dont know what the chords are learn them
its easy once you know, the bass note is the root of the powerchord
just check the mx-tabs lesson area or something lol
Intro- [C D# G# A# G C] twice
C D# A# G
Looking back with anger, looking back with joy and laughs
C D# A# G
don't ask me all those questions, cause I don't have the answers now
C D# A# G
I tried to hold back all my thoughts and all my dreams
C D# A# G
just to make things better, I was using myself past my means
F G# D# A#
But all those days are gone
F G# D# A#
and I can't find the path that I should follow
F G# D# A#
I'm walking unknown land
G# A#
mile after mile I search the way back to my mind
A# G
and I can not believe how hard it is to find
G
when I'm down
C D# G#
Same as verse 1
I used to make things easy, I used to be a happy guy
but now things seem so diffrent, that I can't even play the game
I got to try to find the way thru all this now
so what I need now, is someone to read the map cause I don't know how
A# G# A# G#
I feel ashame and I'm to blame
A# G# A# G#
cause I tried to be, I tried to see things from my side
A# G#
and I also bleed, I also need some space
G
it's time to close this case
thats pretty much it, it might be messed up coz its 3am and i did it from memory

| I'm not sure exactly what this means, but i know Nikola was going through difficulties while he was writing For Monkeys, self esteem. I think that he is wrote this at an hour where he seemed comletely lost. He didnt know where he was goling and he wasnt satidfied with where he had been. | |
