I don't know about the kid who wrote the other tab for Scream and got 5 stars
for it voted for themself anyway) but it's full of shit and it's completely
wrong.  Probably one those people with the $100 training guitars.  I know
anybody can pick up a guitar, listen to Misfits and tab every song
that they have since they're all about power chords but 
who has 5 seconds to waste?

Standard tuning
* - tremolo (whammy bar)
[  - beginning of palm mute
]  - ending of palm mute
