| @ suburban - I think actually it's closer to a "punkier" version of Some Kinda Love by the Velvet Underground [the Valentin mix, not the closet mix]. the drum beat is almost identical, just faster. the guitar riff does sound more like it's from Teenage Kicks though which was released in 1978. and the VU album was released in 1969. The Misfits album Static Age where this song appears was recorded originally in 1978. I just think it's highly unlikely that they would be able to put out an album with a song resembling the Undertones the very same year. | |

| The riff is a "punkier" version of the "Teenage kicks"-riff by The Undertones. Really good "cover" | |

| This was the first Misfits song I ever learned to play and by the way, Teenage Kicks was written by The Buzzcocks.... | |

| Probably my favorite original Misfits song... the beginning lyrics "There's some kinda love..." try to make you think it's another sappy love song, until they go into gorey graphic details that made the Misfits so great. You gotta love the etremely short guitar solo, too. | |
