Well i think its about relgion in general, not any particular one. Taking the title into consideration "Some assembly required" i think it talks about how religon is more complicated than one thinks, such as when he says "Please heal our boy" "Im losing paitence with you" He doesnt understand what is really happening, or why it is happening and why he isnt "Saving" his family member.

The way I view the song is a look at the reality of Christianity, maybe how Kud sees that they haven't helped him in any way. Maybe he's saying that people give up their precious time for nothing but something to try to believe in.
