	I think it's about being confused. He wants to understand but everytime he tries to he still doesn't . i think he's also saying that not many people care about understanding.

	Mike is searchin for understandin even for a little while, he says everyone is searchin for understandin but dont believe its coming but he doesnt believe.. and foolishness is taking over the understanding. And in the end saying how no one really wants undertsanding
