| I have one thing to sya to 'Stoner4life' You must open you mind my hate-filled friend!! And MCR are musical geniuses.. dont diss them, even if you dont like their music.. You are allowed to not like it, but you dont need to get into saying personal remarks about them.. This song is cool.. not my favourite off TBP but all of them are good in their own ways.. thats what i like about MCR songs.. they are never the same as each other, and i rekon all of them are good enought to be released as singles.. it must be hard for them to choose which ones they release | |

| I wont go into detail, but this song is from Houdini's wifes perspective on everything going on after he died. Just read through the lyrics and youll understand, "Seance" and "Drowning" bieng key words if you know anything about Houdini and his wife lol | |

| how does that not make any sense? the point is, he is dying from cancer. and then, as he's dying, his life flashes before his eyes. Going to war, The cheating, Everything is in his past. It makes perfect sense, if you understand what the band is trying to say. | |

| It sounds to me like its about adoption. Like the persons fighting with who he is and how that girl would think of them. I say girl beacuse "do all the good girls go to heaven" and it makes more sense with girl. | |

| These aren't the right lyrics either! These are: Go! To unexplain the unforgivable drain all the blood, and give the kids a show. By street like this dark night, a seance down below, there's things that I have done, you never... should ever know! And without you is how I disappear and live my life alone forever now. And without you is how I disappear and live my life alone forever now. Who walks among the famous living dead, drowns all the boys and girls inside your bed. And if you could talk to me, tell me if it's so, that all the good girls go to heaven. Well heaven knows That without you is how I disappear and live my life alone forever now. And without you is how I disappear and live my life alone forever now. Can you hear me cry out to you, words I thought I'd choke on, figure out. I'm really not so with you anymore; I'm just a ghost. so I can't hurt you anymore, so I can't hurt you anymore! You wanna see how far down I can sink, let me go, FUCK!! So you can, well now so you can I'm so far away from you, Well now so you can And without you is how I disappear, and without you is how I disappear Forever, Forever now! | |

| Yeah the patient makes sense, and I think it's a bit more likely since that is the theme of the concept album from the mouth of Gerard, and I don't think him and Bert were ever *actually* going out, I saw a clip of Gerard talking about it. Long story short, Chemotherapy is right. | |

| The Patient is a facade. to make it easier for Gerard to portray his issues in the songs. any song on the album could be applied to the Patients story, as could any of them be interpretted in a completely different way. you see what you want to see. | |

| I do think it's about him and The Used lease singer Bert McCracken and their falling out. It had to have had some impact being they were best friends. "To unexplain the unforgivable drain all the blood, and give the kids a show." My have been in reference to the incident where Bert fell while performing on stage during a performance of "On My Own"and was rushed to a hospital and diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. "Who walks among the famous living dead, drowns all the boys and girls inside your bed. And if you could talk to me, tell me if it's so, that all the good girls go to heaven. Well heaven knows " the boys and girls inside your bed is in reference to the rumor Bert is bisexual (dated kelly Osbourne girl wise) and rock stars having reputations for being premiscious, is another reason why the lyrics says" all the drowns all the boys and girls inside your bed". The famous living dead lyric is in reference to once again Bert of The Used, collapsing while on stage performing "On My Own", and being rushed to the hospital as I have already referenced. | |

| this is a lazy form of my reasoning GO! To UN-explain the unforgivable, (talking about adoption) Drain all the blood and give the kids a show. By streetlight this dark night, a séance down below. There're things that I have done, you never should ever know! (To the daughter, parents like to keep things from there kids) And without you is how I disappear, and live my life alone forever now. And without you is how I disappear, and live my life alone forever now. (Your children are the only thing you for sure have and if you give them up your alone) Who walks among the famous living dead, Drowns all the boys and girls inside your bed. (Daughter things of him) And if you could talk to me, tell me if it's so, that all the good girls go to heaven. (Daughter again) Well, heaven knows that without you is how I disappear, and live my life alone forever now. And without you is how I disappear, and live my life alone forever now. Can you hear me cry out to you? Words I thought I'd choke on figure out. I'm really not so with you anymore. (His sadness about not having his child) I'm just a ghost, (Daughter – feels like a ghost or a skeleton in the closet) So I can't hurt you anymore, So I can't hurt you anymore. (She feels like seeing her hurts him and now she’s gone so she can’t) And now, you wanna see how far down I can sink? Let me go, fuck! So, you can, well now so, you can I'm so far away from you. Well now so, you can. (Her lashing out about everything) And without you is how I disappear, And without you is how I disappear, Whoa whoa... (And without you is how I disappear) Whoa whoa... (And without you... is how, is how, is how...) Forever, forever now! (Adoption is usually final) You can also take it as a ex, but I’m wired so it sounds like he’s talking about adoption. | |

| hey, stoner4life. Just because you don't understand what a band is trying to say in their music (and if they happen to show emotions, god forbid, on a record) doesn't mean you have the right to blast a band you've probally never sat down and listened to in the first place. After all, Everything Ends from slipknot (a fucking kick ass band) is about a fucked up relationship that went to shit. So under your generization wouldn't that make slipknot emo? | |

| I've heard people say that TBP was bad...but im glad i didnt listen to those people cuz this CD is amazing. i bought it a couple days after it came out, and i still thinks its the smartest CD purchase i have ever made. This song is somewhere in my top 15 but the holder of number 1 will always be "Thank You For the Venom" in my mind...but then there are other songs that are as good as that one, so its really hard to pick. This CD is hard to pick from, since all the songs are good. | |
