| Hair of the dog was the first Nazareth album I bought. Went I saw them in concert they played this and it was amazing. I really had no idea that the weird sound about half way through the song was a bagpipe noise. It was so cool. | |

| Here's a little interesting tidbit. The term "Hair Of The Dog", is widely used in reference to being hungover and drinking more in order to stop the hangover. It is short for the phrase, "The hair of the dog that bit you". The dog=alcohol. | |
