| It's a song about not letting pretentious people for telling you how wrong your steps on life have been. You and only you can find the right answers for your own life and no matter how many mistakes you've been commited, you are totally able to start again every time you're gonna fall. Follow your way without caring about those people that just want to put you down on judging your acts. It can take a long time, but you will find your own truth, which you cannot find in any book, not even in the most brilliant one. | |

| I can't believe nobody had even submitted the lyrics of this, let alone commented. I love this song so much, definately my favourite on "Waiting For The Sirens Call". To me, it just carrys all the feeling of trying to get over a relationship with a person that you still hold feelings for. Where everywhere you look there's reminders of the person, and he's pleaing for the person to leave them be so they can get over the break-up. It's a really amazing song, the music works so well, and I love how Bernard sings the chorus. | |

| I agree with Alieno. It's almost like a dialogue. He says, 'Things are tough, can't get you out of my head' She says, 'You've just got to get over it'. He says, 'It's hard to be alone, you're gonna need me.' She says, 'You hanging on is really freaking me out.' He says, 'I'll do better this time.' She says, 'Do you really want me to be blunt with you? Just get over it.' Or something like that. Could almost have been a duet. | |

| Seems to have to do with rebellion, independance, and self discovery, while concluding with reflection. In my opinion, a middle aged man is looking back at the choices in his life that ultimately were understandable. He doesn't seem to regret it, but acknowledges that there is a better way. Not really sure myself though. | |

| It's written in a way that makes you think that the character is singing to his (former) loved one pretending she's present, but she's not. A painful way to say to yourself what you should have said before. | |
