| Like their '60s forefathers, Nickelback harkens to the Age of Aquarius, with psychadelic imagery and funky-fresh rhythms. | |

| "Now that the world isn't ending, it's love that I'm sending to you" There is some kind of learned REALISM here. The singer expected a dramatic, heroic DELIVERANCE or SALVATION of some kind. That did not come. So he has to accept the world as it is -- undramatic, unheroic, and full of bad as well as good. Was this song written FOR Spiderman? It's basically perfect for describing Spiderman's coming of age. | |

| first off, i think anyone dissing this song is an idiot. this is about discussing the meaning of the song. so, I think this song means that too many people are standing around, waiting for a hero. if you want more love in the world, you have to give it yourself. "Now that the world isnt ending, its love that Im sending to you. It isnt the love of a hero, and thcts why I fear it wont do. " i think this verse is saying that one person's love isnt enough and its challenging the listeners to send out love. but watever | |
