NICKELBACK - Old Enough
Tuning: D,A,D,G,B,E (drop D)
IMPORTANT: For the solo and rythm, i tried to write this tab differently. I
wrote this tab as if the song is 4/4 time with the quarter note at about 144 on
a metronome. In the solo part, wherever there is a "z", it is an empty beat.
The z doesnt stand for anything, its just an empty 1/8 note. Every note in the
solo represents an 1/8th note as well as a "z". If you count each beat this way,
it should be a lot easier to match the rythms in the solo. (let me know if this helps).
There are a couple of 1/16th note grace notes in the solo that i did not add but
you can hear the song and put them in as you wish. During the verses, there are
also slight harmonics or percussive strums that vary so much, you could probably
put them wherever you want. whew. enough explaining :) here's the tab:

| The song seems to be about taking a chance on someone who ends up just up making you crazy then realizing you lost part of yourself by trying to make the relationship work. Then when you try to talk things out with the person, it's turned into a joke and you carry forward like nothing happend. | |
