	I've always loved this song...the first time I heard the chorus I got goosebumbs ^^;;. It's an amazing song. I think my favorite line would be "In the meadow of sinful thoughts every flower's a perfect one" because it's just so true. Alright...my interpretation... Sounds like she wants to sin for this man (Use your imagination), but is afraid of the consequences of such an action. The first line suggests that it might be cheating and the line about the burning veil in the chorus further solidifies that theory. It like the man she's talking about is cheating on someone by being with her, which is also suggested by "The burning veil for the bride too dear for him." That's what I got...Regardless though, a beautiful song.

	I love this song, heh. Cool points for Tuomas! Anyway, to me it's kinda about a guy who's thinking about a girl he loves, and lusts after - but, she's already married to someone else. And even though she's married to someone else, she still kinda lusts after that guy anyway ... but it'd be a big sin for them to be together ;) "A burning veil for the bride too dear for him" - The guy feels like the girl's too good for her husband "Fall in love with your deep, dark sin" - He can't stop himself lusting after her, so he figures that he might as well embrace it "God I must confess, I do envy the sinners" - The guy doesn't want to stay "good", he just wants to be with the girl. Just my two cents!

	This one is a hard one to decipher. Tarja even said she had no idea what the song was suppose to say. Drawing from what Tuomas said about the song, it seems like it talks about the hidden lust within people. The sin in the song is lust for sure and the idea of the wolf betraying the lamb might be about the dark desires over taking the woman's ability to reason. I think what makes this song difficult is the fact that it is sung by a woman. If there was a male voice, the meaning would be totally different.
