Biography

Nothingface, formed in Washington, D.C. in 1994, is an alternative metal/ heavy metal quartet. They were often compared musically to Slipknot and other stars of the alternative/ nu metal genre. The band was notable for, particularly in earlier albums, extensive use of odd time signatures, polyrhythmic syncopation, and at times mixing in samples of dialogue or other recordings.
