Verse chords: A,E,F#m,D
The chords are picked during the verses of this song, so instead of playing the chord,
just pick the individual strings. You should be able to pick up the picking patterns.
Chorus: Well I'm (A) through (E) the (A) gate. Got to my house (E) about a quarter to 8 and
then I (A) mad (E) a (D) drink. (A) Got about an hour to (E) relax and just sing because (A)
I'm (D) just (A) bored. Well nothing's ever gonna be the (E) same anymore and with my (A)
drinking hand i got (E) up to stand and i was (F#m) off to a regular (D) day. With my (E) drinking
hand I got (F#m) up to stand and i was off to a regular (D) day eh eh.
Then go back into the Verse chord progression.

| His relationship with a girl has ended. He's not necessarily depressed, but he is sadden by this. But he reallized his days aren't going to be like they use and sure they may suck now, but he just has to move on. That's life...shit happens...keep on keepin on. | |

| Sweet song, I think it's just about the dumps of how boring life can be... but he values every little quality of his life. I play this song when I'm depressed or jsut pissed off about crap | |

| Marc said before perfoming this song at a concert: "Have you ever had one of those relationships that you just like...your so happy to be as far away as possible...nah nah...I mean no? none of you have had a relationship where you can't fucking stand to see the site of that person anymore........and well we wrote this with that in mind." that pretty much sums it up | |

| i think this song is about quitting smoking weed. "I used to lose floating memories, found myself wishing I'd remember old times." he wants to remember what he does and also the song talks about how boring stuff is because when you can blaze you can just sit there and be entertained but if you're sober you just get bored. "The air quality was something new to me " much better air quality when you're not breathing smoke. | |

| A broken relationship ended well for the writer. He's got over her, he's "so moved on", and he's better for it. The air is clearer, days seem brighter, life is better. Pretty coincidental that I'm going through something like this at the moment. | |
