| I don't know about the rest of you, but I get chills just from hearing them sing lead vocals on the same track. Especially in the transition from the first chorus to the second verse, when Noel holds onto "soul" and it leads into Liam coming in with "there". I love it. This song is amazing! | |

| Acquiesce-NOel claims to have written the songs lyrics on the way to the studio to record Some Might Say. THe train he was on was delayed and during this interruption he wrote parts of the song. THe tune began life as the song written about noels fav english football club-Manchester CIty. The live Because we need each other we believe in one another were originally Its tough being in blue when u come from where i do a reference to MC playing in a blue shirt. According to THE MASTerplans sleeve notes The song is about friendship in the widest sense and not, as often speculated, about the Gallagher brothers themselves. | |
