noel has written some of the greatest songs ever but he's not the gretest songwriter, john lennon was far superior

Great song. I'm a huge Oasis fan, but I would never compare this to Hey Jude. It has nothing on Paul wigging out at the end of the Jude. That's some aweseme rock right there.

This song sounds great on the AT&T commercial, it's no wonder that it currently ranks 3rd in Oasis downloads behind Wonderwall and Champagne Supernova. I wish they would trim it down and re-release it as a single, at least in the US. To bad it'll never happen.

if it was a bit shorter it would be a great song but it does drag out, not near thier best

Yeah I don't think comparisons between artists are a bad thing- especially if you're being compared to The Beatles, who are absolutely amazing. I do think this song drags on for a bit too long, but overall it's an uplifting song that does have good melodies.
