	Lyrics are just great. But I don't really like the studio version of it and I don't even like it when it is sung by Liam. I like this song since I heard Noel coverin' it on the MTV acoustic back in '96.

	If I had an anthem, this would be it. Some of my favorite lines: Nobody ever seems to remember that life is a game we play. (Basically, life is a game with no real meaning or point) We live in the shadows and we had the chance and threw it away. (You could have done anything you wanted with your life, but you wasted it all) And it's never gonna be the same, cause the years are following by like the rain. (They never wrote a truer line. It just sums up all the pain and emotion that comes with growing up. Being 16, I listen to this song a lot and think how about growing up and how everything seems to be changing all at once) This song is just plain amazing. My anthem. :)

	Noel Gallagher: This opening track was premiered at Glastonbury and borrows the riff from Gary Glitter's 'It's Good To Be Back'. It's one of the three songs on the album that's not about anything. I spend as much time on the lyrics as I do on the music. I'd like our kid to spend more time on them but he spends no time at all. Obviously, everyone is going on about the Gary Glitter thing, but I just had that in for a laugh.

	These guys are genious, from the few seconds at the beggining when they play "Wonderwall" (like they knew before the album was released that it was going to be such a global hit) to the very last chord. It makes me smile and be hopeful, even when its message is not so clear and it carries a sense of melancholy on it. I re-discovered this song after I watched the cover made by Maroon 5 in their DVD concert. That made me proud, that even younger guys that are so big right now in the U.S. were influenced by this great british band.
