This song actually made me come back to Oasis, after leaving them for a while...as someone said before, "Lyla" wasn't that good to me, but this one...gosh it's so funny and meaningful at the same time. To me it's about trying to avoid, at least for a while, some of those pressure that chases you. I can relate to it fully, I wish so bad I had the time to be lazy and enjoy just doing nothing. That would be a dream come true to me. It has become one of those "classics" in my playlist that will remain there after 2005 comes to past. The line "as long as there's a bed beneath the stars that shine" makes me smile, especially when all I want to do is stay a little longer in bed and not to get up.

It remembers me Lennon's songs like I'm Only Sleeping and Watching The Wheels, it's about the same topic, i think. In the interview of the DVD of DBTT Noel doesn't mention nothing about The Beatles's influence in this theme, but I think he was inspired by these Lennon's songs.. One of my Oasis' favourites

Just to take a bit of a sland on this song i would personally say its a story about a mans drift into drungs from being unemployed and poor when he just wants to exist, I like the message of the song in the way that life is not about work and all that and as much of a life can be had from just taking the time to gaze at the stars for example or see something beautiful
