Here's another Sunday morning call
F Am
You hear your head banging on the door

You slip those shoes on and then out you crawl
F Am
Into a day that couldn't give you more
A
But what for?
Chorus
D A
And In your head, do you feel
Bm G
What you're not supposed to feel
D A
And you take, what you want
C Bm A
But you don't get it for free
D A
You need, more time
Bm G D
Coz your thoughts and words won't last forever more
A
But I'm not sure
Bm G
If it ever works out right
(play around A)
But it's OK , Its alright
Verse 2(as verse 1)
When you're lonely and you start to hear
The little voices in your head at night
You will only sniff away the tears
So you can dance until the morning light
But at what price?
Chorus
D A
And In your head, do you feel
Bm G
What you're not supposed to feel
D A
And you take, what you want
C Bm A
But you can't get hope for free
D A
You need, more time
Bm G D
Coz your thoughts and words won't last forever more
A
But I'm not sure
C G D A
If it ever ever ever works out right
C G D A
If it ever ever ever works out right
C G D
Coz it never never never works out right
Enjoy

| hellloo... " Noel Gallagher - Sunday Morning Call is about professional people who've got everything they could wish for, but are still hell-bent on destroying it all and destroying the people around them, Which I find quite sad. The reason I'm singing on both of them is because I do all the demos myself and sing on all the tracks. As the sessions wear on, it becomes apparent who's going to sing what because of the way the songs are going. It just became apparent that those were the two songs I'd sing. It wasn't a big thing to put them together on the album or break them up, it was just the way it was." | |

| i think this song is about knowing somethin that you dont want to know (probably about yourself) and you choose to ignore it when you know you shouldnt when you're lonely and you start to hear the little voices in your head at night you will only sniff away the tears so you can dance untill the morning light at what price | |

| the lyric sounds to me similar to "Show must go on". Someone who's very sad, but the rest of the world has to believe this person is happy. | |

| I think it's about someone who wakes up feeling as if there is no reason to get up but the only way that they get through the day is by convincing themselves that the feeling will pass and that they ae actually alright. | |

| sounds like the person is confused as to where their life is heading. His thoughts are confusing, he knows that he's not doing himself any good, but carries on. Possibly a link with drugs? | |

| I actually believe that this song is about knowing something that you aren't supposed to know about a person you are really close with and it hits you real bad and brings you down for a quite a while. Makes it seem as if there isn't really anything to life for any more. I (sadly) can fully connect with this song, but I love it. | |

| i think sunday morning call could be about feeling unsure where they are or where they are going. there is great reassurance in noel's voice when he sings " It's alright, it's okay" Beautiful song | |

| I've always loved this song since the first time I heard it back in 2000...something about it just touches me, I guess it's that feeling of being lost and uncertainty that Noel sings about..."and I'm not sure if it'll ever ever ever work out right..." | |
