	Actually, it's about the lead singer, Damian Kulash's cat named Cybil, that ran away when he was at college, and then when he came back, he saw Cybil in a cat food commercial. =)

	I think it's a reference to the movie Sybill, actually...it's about a schizophrenic (or multiple personality disorder...i forgot) woman and how she learns to cope with it...

	this is from the Appendices album. It's not released yet. But the version of the song that's on the self titled album is the one where he says selfish and scared. he says schizo and scared on the Appendices version. i hope this helps!!!

	Yeah what's up with the two versions? I like the 'selfish and scared' version more though, the music is better. I love this song and I relate it with my situation with my parents where I wanna leave to go to college, and well all my friends are leaving but my parents have no real excuse for not letting me leave so I say - "it's not just that I'm selfish and scared, it's not just that I'm so underprepared(to leave home) it's just that you(my parents) think I'll grow out of this, wouldn't you?" but I won't ever, my mind is made up and whatever it is damian is singing about his mind is made up on his decision to leave as well.
